Carriages Gift Vouchers - Terms

1. This voucher is issued by allpay Limited (Company No. 02933191) whose registered office is at Fortis et Fides, Whitestone Business Park, Whitestone, Hereford HR1 3SE. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

2. This card can be used at the Carriages Restaurant on the purchase of food and drinks only (subject to availability, normal age restrictions and any other applicable terms).

3. This card is loaded to the value shown on the front of this card.

4. This card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Please retain your receipt with the card for proof of purchase. It is not possible for this card to be extended beyond the 12 month period.

5. This card can be used a part or full payment. It can only be used in a single transaction. If there is any remaining monetary value left on the card, the remaining total is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be forfeited immediately.

6. This card may not be used on certain holidays or promotional days. Please check with the restaurant at the time of booking.

7. Reservations are subject to availability. Please call 01432 852 359 or email carriages@allpay.net to enquire about your reservation.

8. We cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, destroyed or used cards therefore please treat this card like cash and keep it safe. We cannot replace the card if it was lost, stolen, destroyed or used.

9. This card cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other vouchers/gift cards.

10. We reserve the right to assign these terms to another company which purchases the Carriages Restaurant or any associated company.

11. This card can be suspended or discontinues on reasonable notice (where possible) for legal, security or regulatory reasons.

12. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
