The Sidings - Gift Cards

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of this gift voucher issued by allpay Limited (Company No. 02933191) whose registered office is at Fortis et Fides, Whitestone Business Park, Whitestone, Hereford HR1 3SE (“Voucher”).

2. By purchasing or using this Voucher, you (“the Holder”) agree to be bound by these terms.

3. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

4. Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. After this period, the Voucher will expire and cannot be redeemed. Please retain your receipt with the card of proof of purchase.

5. Vouchers are only available for purchase in-person at The Sidings.

6. This Voucher can only be used to pay for food and drink purchases made at The Sidings (by Carriages Restaurant) at Fortis et Fides, Whitestone Business Park, Whitestone, Hereford HR1 3SE (“The Sidings”) (subject to availability, normal age restrictions and any other applicable terms). This Voucher cannot be used for tips, service charges or third-party services.

7. This Voucher can only be redeemed at The Sidings and must be presented at the time of payment, in physical form.

8. This Voucher is loaded to the value shown on the front of this Voucher.

9. This Voucher can be used as part or full payment. This Voucher can only be used in a single transaction. Any remaining balance on this Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. If the total cost exceeds the Voucher value, the Holder must pay the difference.

10. This Voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law.

11. This Voucher may not be used on certain holidays or promotional days. Please check with The Sidings at the time of booking.

12. Reservations at the Sidings are subject to availability. Please call 01432 852 359 or email sidings@allpay.net to enquire about your reservation.

13. The Sidings shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen, destroyed or used vouchers therefore please treat this Voucher like cash and keep it safe. The Sidings cannot replace the Voucher if it was lost, stolen, destroyed or used.

14. The Sidings reserves the right to refuse the redemption of any Voucher that it reasonably suspects has been tempered with, duplicated, or otherwise altered.

15. This Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions, unless specifically allowed by The Sidings.

16. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, resold, or transferred for any other value or used to purchase other vouchers/gift cards.

17. The Sidings reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through The Siding’s website. The Holder’s continued use of this Voucher will constitute acceptance of any changes to the terms.

18. The Sidings reserves the right to also modify the expiry period for vouchers, which may have a shorter validity.

19. The Sidings reserves the right to assign these terms to another company which purchases The Sidings or Carriages Restaurant or any associated company.

20. This Voucher can be suspended or discontinued on reasonable notice (where possible) for legal, security or regulatory reasons.

21. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Voucher will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
